I will always accept you. - Lin and Toph

Of all the characters in the show, Toph was the last person that I'd expect to have a kid. Though I'm glad that she did because it shows how strong she is. Lin doesn't seem like an accident to me. Toph wouldn't be that dumb. I think that Toph wanted a kid because she wanted to provide them the life that she never got as a kid. Plus it wouldn't surprise me if Toph would be cool with Lin being a dancer, artist, doctor, lawyer, teacher, detective, librarian etc instead of a cop if Lin wanted to.
